Operational Scope: Designed for slopes under 5°, its compact chassis is ideal for tunnel dimensions as small as 1.7m x 2.0m.
Reliability: Known as the robust “Chinese 21B” version, it offers unmatched durability in harsh environments where compressed air is the preferred power source.

Z20 Electric Loader: Precision and Remote Safety

The customized RUIXIN Z20 electric loader represents the next step in operator safety and productivity.

Capacity & Control: Featuring a 0.20m³ bucket and a 10.5kW + 13kW motor configuration, this model integrates remote control functionality, allowing operators to manage mucking cycles from a safe distance in high-risk or extremely narrow sections (≥2m x 2.2m).
Efficiency: Matching the speed of its pneumatic counterparts, the Z20 ensures a one-minute fill time per car, maintaining a consistent flow of material even in the most challenging confined spaces.

By pairing these loaders with 1m³ dump mining cars and the client’s existing 2.5-ton battery-powered locomotive, RUIXIN has provided a complete, closed-loop underground logistics solution.
