RUIXIN 800m Full-Hydraulic Core Drilling Rig Passes Factory Testing and Ships Overseas
Factory Testing Completed Before Overseas Delivery
An 800m Full-Hydraulic Core Drilling Rig manufactured by Hunan Ruixin Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. (RUIXIN) has successfully completed factory testing and has now been shipped to an overseas customer.
Before delivery, the drilling rig underwent a series of operational tests at our manufacturing facility to verify the performance of its major systems. The testing covered the power system, hydraulic system, power head operation, hoisting functions, crawler travel, and overall operational stability.
Following the completion of factory inspection and testing, the equipment was prepared for shipment and dispatched to support the customer’s upcoming geological exploration project.
Designed for Deep Core Drilling Applications
This model is designed for deep-hole geological exploration and core drilling operations.
With different drill rod sizes, the rig can achieve:
- BTW drilling depth: up to 1,000 m
- NTW drilling depth: up to 800 m
- HTW drilling depth: up to 600 m
- Recommended hole diameter range: φ60–110 mm
The rig is powered by a 92 kW diesel engine and features a high-torque power head with a maximum torque of 2,000 N·m and a maximum rotation speed of 1,400 rpm.
This configuration provides the power required for demanding geological exploration projects while maintaining flexible drilling performance across different formations and drilling conditions.
Integrated Hydraulic and Hoisting Systems
Сайт RUIXIN 800m Core Drilling Rig adopts a full-hydraulic control system with load-sensing technology designed to improve operational control and reduce unnecessary power consumption.
The rig is equipped with a 1000 m wireline winch system, supporting efficient wireline coring operations during deep-hole drilling.
A BW9-3 mud pump is integrated into the system to support drilling fluid circulation and help maintain continuous drilling operations.
The hydraulic system also uses a triple pump configuration to supply different operating systems, while the water-cooled hydraulic radiator helps maintain stable system temperatures during continuous operation.
Power Head Side Shift and Practical Structural Design
During factory testing, particular attention was given to the operation of the power head and sliding frame.
The power head side-shift design helps prevent interference between the wire rope and drilling components when the sliding frame is operating in a vertical position. This design also improves accessibility during coring operations.
Other structural features include a protected steel towline system for hydraulic pipelines and a compact crawler-mounted design for improved mobility at drilling sites.
The rig supports a drilling angle range of от 45° до 90°, allowing it to adapt to different drilling requirements. It is equipped with a steel crawler chassis and has a maximum travel speed of 3 km/h.
Compact Design for Overseas Transportation
Despite its deep drilling capability, the rig features a compact transport configuration.
- Operating dimensions: 4,400 × 2,070 × 7,000 mm
- Shipping dimensions: 4,500 × 2,070 × 2,400 mm
- Total weight: approximately 7.5 tons
The compact shipping dimensions make the equipment easier to arrange for international transportation while allowing the rig to provide up to 800 m NTW drilling capacity on site.
