El equipo no puede pasar si la anchura de la carretera es inferior a 4 metros o si el radio de giro es inferior a 4,5 metros; s\u00f3lo podr\u00e1 moverse una vez que la carretera haya sido reparada y ensanchada.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><ol class=\"auto-hide-last-sibling-br\" start=\"2\"><li>Inspecci\u00f3n de equipos el\u00e9ctricos<\/li><\/ol><ol class=\"auto-hide-last-sibling-br\"><li><div class=\"auto-hide-last-sibling-br paragraph-JOTKXA paragraph-element br-paragraph-space\">Carro: Compruebe cuidadosamente si la estructura de soldadura del carro presenta grietas, si las varillas de soporte est\u00e1n da\u00f1adas y si los pernos y cables de acero sobresalen o est\u00e1n defectuosos. Inspeccione si los alimentadores de varilla superior e inferior est\u00e1n da\u00f1ados, si los pernos est\u00e1n sueltos y si el dispositivo tensor est\u00e1 apretado.<\/div><\/li><li><div class=\"auto-hide-last-sibling-br paragraph-JOTKXA paragraph-element br-paragraph-space\">Parte de la operaci\u00f3n de perforaci\u00f3n: Compruebe si los tornillos del mecanismo de giro est\u00e1n sueltos, si la lubricaci\u00f3n es suficiente y si los engranajes est\u00e1n da\u00f1ados. Verifique que los pernos de la articulaci\u00f3n delantera, la conexi\u00f3n entre la cubierta del cojinete y el eje principal hueco no est\u00e9n flojos, que la pieza de eliminaci\u00f3n de polvo no est\u00e9 bloqueada y que el freno electromagn\u00e9tico del cabrestante el\u00e9ctrico sea efectivo.<\/div><\/li><li><div class=\"auto-hide-last-sibling-br paragraph-JOTKXA paragraph-element br-paragraph-space\">Parte m\u00f3vil: Aseg\u00farese de que el apriete de correas, cadenas y orugas es el adecuado, que el embrague es flexible y que el engranaje m\u00f3vil del mecanismo de elevaci\u00f3n del aparejo est\u00e1 desembragado.<\/div><\/li><li><div class=\"auto-hide-last-sibling-br paragraph-JOTKXA paragraph-element br-paragraph-space\">Parte el\u00e9ctrica: Inspeccione todos los componentes el\u00e9ctricos antes de empezar a trabajar. Apague inmediatamente la m\u00e1quina para inspeccionarla y manipularla si se produce un cortocircuito o una sobrecarga.<\/div><\/li><\/ol><ol class=\"auto-hide-last-sibling-br\" start=\"3\"><li>Inspecci\u00f3n de herramientas de perforaci\u00f3n<\/li><\/ol><div class=\"auto-hide-last-sibling-br paragraph-JOTKXA paragraph-element br-paragraph-space\">El fabricante del equipo neum\u00e1tico de perforaci\u00f3n de pozos de agua le recuerda que debe inspeccionar cuidadosamente las juntas de los tubos de perforaci\u00f3n para detectar desacoplamientos o grietas, comprobar si las roscas est\u00e1n peladas, verificar que los componentes de trabajo est\u00e1n intactos, examinar la carcasa del impactador para detectar grietas o defectos de soldadura e inspeccionar los insertos de aleaci\u00f3n (o bloques) de la broca para detectar soldaduras deficientes, fragmentaciones o roturas antes de poner en marcha la m\u00e1quina. Si se detecta alg\u00fan problema, resu\u00e9lvalo de inmediato.<\/div><div class=\"auto-hide-last-sibling-br paragraph-JOTKXA paragraph-element br-paragraph-space\">Las altas temperaturas en las plataformas de perforaci\u00f3n de pozos de agua suelen clasificarse en tres categor\u00edas: alta temperatura de la caja de cambios, alta temperatura del aceite hidr\u00e1ulico y alta temperatura del refrigerante del motor. De hecho, las causas de la alta temperatura de la caja de cambios son bastante sencillas. Las principales razones son que las dimensiones y la forma de los cojinetes, los engranajes o la carcasa no cumplen las normas, o que el aceite utilizado no es de calidad.<\/div><div class=\"auto-hide-last-sibling-br paragraph-JOTKXA paragraph-element br-paragraph-space\">En el caso de la temperatura excesivamente alta del aceite hidr\u00e1ulico, seg\u00fan la teor\u00eda hidr\u00e1ulica y la experiencia de mantenimiento de los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, las causas principales son la r\u00e1pida generaci\u00f3n de calor y la lenta disipaci\u00f3n del mismo. Si las tuber\u00edas de entrada de aceite de la bomba hidr\u00e1ulica y el dep\u00f3sito de aceite hidr\u00e1ulico no est\u00e1n selladas, el elemento filtrante de entrada de aceite est\u00e1 obstruido o las tuber\u00edas del sistema hidr\u00e1ulico no est\u00e1n libres de obstrucciones, las fugas internas de la bomba hidr\u00e1ulica har\u00e1n que el aceite hidr\u00e1ulico genere una gran cantidad de calor, lo que provocar\u00e1 un r\u00e1pido aumento de la temperatura del aceite hidr\u00e1ulico debido al sobrecalentamiento.<\/div><div class=\"auto-hide-last-sibling-br paragraph-JOTKXA paragraph-element br-paragraph-space\">La obstrucci\u00f3n de los canales internos del radiador de aceite hidr\u00e1ulico, el exceso de polvo en la superficie externa del radiador o un flujo de aire insuficiente impedir\u00e1n que el aceite hidr\u00e1ulico pase a trav\u00e9s del radiador de aceite hidr\u00e1ulico de forma eficaz.
