Recently, RUIXIN a professional manufacturer of specialized drilling equipment, successfully completed the production and assembly of a 400m crawler-mounted core drill rig. The equipment has been officially loaded and shipped to South America to provide high-performance, high-stability drilling support for local mineral exploration, geological surveys, and resource development projects.

The 400m core drill rig sent to South America is specifically designed for medium-to-deep hole coring operations, featuring robust drilling capabilities.

The Core drill rig utilizes a water-cooled hydraulic oil cooling system and is powered by a Yuchai 75kW diesel engine. With a rated power of 75 kW and a rated speed of 2200 rpm, it provides ample power and excellent heat dissipation. This ensures stable, fuel-efficient, and durable continuous operations under complex field conditions.

The Core drill rig power head configuration delivers outstanding performance: a maximum torque of 1200Nm and a top speed of up to 1400rpm. With a feed stroke of 2 meters, a dead load of 16 tons, and a driving force of 8 tons, the high rotary torque and drilling efficiency effectively guarantee core recovery rates and construction progress.

The Core drill rig entire machine features a rubber crawler chassis with a climbing angle of up to 30° and a maximum travel speed of 2.5 km/h, providing strong maneuverability in mountainous and complex field terrains. The drilling angle is adjustable from 45° to 90°, with a compensation stroke of 900mm to adapt to various construction sites and inclination requirements. It comes standard with a BW90 mud pump to meet the requirements for borehole wall protection and cuttings removal.
